Our Mission
New Era Medicine (NEM) is a shared space for patients and providers that seek to establish long-term patient-provider relationships.
Whether you are a patient without a provider or a patient not satisfied with the relationship with your provider, NEM's goal is to provide a space as a grassroot action for patients and providers to form a long-term partnership.
Once connected, the patient-provider partnership will continue as long as both are committed to the mutual goal of offering personalized, relationship-oriented care. Relationship can continue even if the provider decides to leave NEM and change practice. Patients do not belong to NEM.
We know that finding the right provider can be difficult, but our priority is to create a community focused on the needs of the patients by matching them with providers who meet their immediate needs and help them achieve long-term healthcare needs.
